Automated door communication – The integration enables you to play a pre-recorded message upon granted access and set-up a call to the operator? if an access badge is denied.
Safe visitor management – When in conversation with a visitor, the operator can open the door from the Zenitel desktop station.?The open door command is executed in AEOS, ensuring secure control and audit trails.
High availability – Once every minute, AEOS sends a heartbeat as live check to ICX-AlphaCom to make sure the connection is active. If connection is down, ICX-AlphaCom will automatically reconnect to AEOS.
